Reserved item(s) will be still listed on [ReggaeCollector.com] until the item is sold, this is simply for people who wish to be on our waiting / standby list. If the item is cancelled or the reservation period passes, the item will be offered to the next person on the waiting / standby list. We do believe that all customers should have an equal opportunity to purchase our products.

The package will be delivered by Express Mail Service (EMS). We do not use any other shipping services. The EMS service includes track & trace and insurance of up to JPY20,000 for the parcel.

Please avoid canceling your order. If you wish to change or cancel the order, you must inform us of your change or cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order. If you do not inform us by then, we might not be able to change or cancel the order as the shipping instructions might have been already issued.

We put our best efforts into listing details of all records accurately in regard to selling them online, But if we make a mistake, we'll take every possible measure to provide superior service and satisfy each one of our customers by refunding its full-cost or adjusting the selling price.

All customers are entitled to a full refund if any product is faulty in any way, but you must report it within 3 working days of receiving it. We do quality checks on all our goods before sending them out and can insure that all our goods are sent out meeting the requirements of our record grading.
