During the 90's, Dave Kelly created many of popular rhythms and his Madhouse label became the regular bass for Buju Banton, Baby Cham and others.

In 1993, 'Action' by Terror Fabulous and Nadine Sutherland became a major international hit and entered Billboard charts in US.

In addition to the Madhouse, Penthouse and Roof International versioned the rhythm to produce thier hits such as 'No Second Class Love' Buju Banton and a combination 'Want U Body' by Jigsy King and Tony Curtis, repeatedly.
